Prokat 26 CC Need Feedback

I have look at purchasing this boat, but still a bit reserved until I hear and test drive it offshore. If anyone has one plase respond.

It is one of the plethora of paning-hull cats and as such, will not ride as smoothly offshore as a displacement hull.

A displacement hull may ride smoother, but the prokat's hull is more efficient, i.e. faster.

You won't find a better performer in rough seas. I go out 20 to 30 miles in the gulf from Naples. And use it in Long Island sound,in the summer. You will be surprised by the ride. It rides like a 10 foot longer mono.
