would like to make home made chum for grouper fishing need a recipe. have grinder. help

I grind jack mackeral available by the case at bait shops that cater to commercial & offshore fisherman.grind it & freeze. You can add a fish oil before freezing. I use ground chum in a bag & put my oil in a super chum slick dispenser.much easier & the combination is deadly for the fish.
