How do I start up a fishing tourny as a fundraiser

we started a handline barracuda tournament on the island of isla mujeres,mexico,off the coast of cancun.it was started eleven yaers ago to help the local fishermen,for us it was easy,we posted signs in all the hotels,the date what you pay and how you fish,its worked great for the past years,we have people come from all over the world to fish barracuda with nothing but a handline.we now have three sponsors.that was the hard part,getting sponsors check us out at. www.wax-n-wane.com if i can be of any help let me know.
