Marlin fishing in mid atlantic

I live by D.C. and spend alot of time in central and s.america fishing. I would like to know the best time to fish for blues and whites in the mid atlantic. Also some charters

hello Dave
for white Marlin the dominican east coast, Punta Cana, is great in May and June, July, big quantity and you have to look for them only 2-8 nmls offshore, june ahead they run their season together with blue marlins, caught here 10-25nmls offshore, so on whole day charters during that months you get your hits on white while trolling out and then change bait for the blus.
