November Tuna

Hey Folks

First time posting - planing on taking a trip this November - want to catch yellowfin and dorado and wahoos - where would you go - I'm trying to determine if Puerto Rico or somewhere in the Carribean would be better (Has to be on the East Coast)

Any suggestions would be appreciated
