tampa bay fishing offshore and flats fishing question...

hi everybody,

for the last 5 or so years my family and i have always taken vacation every july to tampa, florida. We always fishing the gandy bridge, howard franklin bridge, and sunshine skyway fishing pier. we also go on some offshore charters...

does anybody know any private and secluded flats areas around tampa bay?

also does anybody recommend any fishing charters that we could possibly go on?
