Mackerel were thick at the n. skyway fishing pier. My wife and I got 24 in under 2 hrs. All were caught on #00 clark spoons/squid spoons. The fish were smoked,fried. How do I shrink digital photos,to fit the size specs. for the forum?

If you are using a PC you probably have a paint program or some type of photoshop program without going in to much details save your pics to your harddrive a tinker around in the program ... it's pretty easy to resize a picture.
