Los Suenos 2007 Series

Congrats to those who placed first through third in both legs of the Los Suenos Billfish series. Team Stephanie Lee, a 63' American Custom Yacht captained by Tony Carrizosa swept all three dailies in leg one in January, followed by the High Hook and El Jefe Grande. In the second leg, The Bite, a 42' Maverick from Los Suenos captained by Marvin Jimenez beat out a tough field in tough fishing conditions. Dealers Choice finished second, followed by the Barbarosa.
Team Stephanie Lee managed to catch just enough fish in the second leg to claim the overall series crown. Congrats to Capt. Tony Carrizosa, Mates Dennis Ward, Hans from Los Suenos, Greg from The Nuco2, and anglers Dave Trombley, Mitchell Pierson, Jeff Stafford, Johnny Lagrone, and Andy Moyes.

Congratulations to all the teams at Los Suenos! I was an observer in both tournaments and it was two of the best tournaments I've had the pleasure to be in! The boats were very professional and the crews and angler's were great! The tournament staff, Ashley, Jamie and of course Paola and I hope I spelled her name right, they did a great job and deserve a pat on the back for their part! We had a good group of observer's for both legs of the tournaments too! I'm looking forward to next year! I'll tell anybody that wants to go to a classy place and catch some nice fish in beautiful surroundings this is the place! Make your reservations early though because this is a popular place and the boats stay booked pretty far in advance! Enjoy!
