IMG Tags in Signatures?

Is there any reasoning to now allowing [IMG] bbcode in our signatures? I for one think it's a great marketing tool for forum members and an excellent reason to post often.

I've gotten quite a few business leads on other forums with a logo in my signature.

Don't get me wrong, there is a size limit.

I was wondering about that myself. The "Join CCA" redfish logo really makes my signature stand out.
