Looking for Pair of Channel Locks

In a copy of Marlin Magazine last year (I'm pretty sure) there was a pair of channel locks reviewed which had I believe plastic liners in the jaws. This made them perfect for tightening reels down on rods. Does anybody remember these? I can't find it now and I want a pair. Any reference would surely be appreciated. Thanks, Rico

Scroll down to the Milbar soft jawed pliers. I ordered them with an extra set of the soft jaws.

I think they will do the trick nicely.
