Ok, what's your dream fly fishing skiff? If money is no object....Hell's Bay Whipray 16. With money being an object, the incoming East Cape Canoe Company Caimen. I can't wait to see what Kevin has got up his sleeve next.

Money no object? I saw a Shearwater 2400 w/ T-Top and a 300HP Yamaha this weekend... :bouncy:

For a bay/flats boat... Shearwater 2400 or Yellowfin 24 Bay

For a technical flats skiff, the Sterling TV7 *I think they renamed it from TR7* or the Yellowfin 17" Technical Skiff. Hewes redfisher is nice too.

As for budget constraints.. a used boat like I currently have or a Gheenoe Custom with center console/casting platform and poling platform.

There are a ton of great boats out there... for the types of fishing I like to do, here's a couple I'd look at in no particular order:
Inshore — Yellowfin 18, Dolphin Super Skiff, Maverick Mirage HPX or Hell's Bay Marquesa, Sterling TR7
Offshore — 34 Yellowfin, 29 Sea Vee, 28 White Water
