2007 Highlights : The inaugural Sailfish Cup features world-renowned artist, Dr. Guy Harvey as the Honorary Chairman of the tournament. Events outside the fishing will include Kick-off Party & Captain’s Meeting aboard the Aquasino, dockside parties sponsored by Texas de Brazil and closes with an Awards Banquet at the Parrot Jungle, with Silent and Live Charity Auctions to benefit The NASCAR Foundation and Speediatrics. Mike Helton, the president of NASCAR will host the closing ceremonies in support of NASCAR's charities.
