yes I have tried it, could not go over 9 kts, best action was about 6 and as close to the transom and behind the teasers as possible , this is because I want to see the hit, could work way back as well, put it to work and find out. will use it again this jan-mar and hoping it will get the big yellowfin I am looking for. it really looks like it should work. yeh I've tried it once and it got clipped by a big wahoo but has potential for big tuna or marlin, good luck

Should come try Tanzania, less fished, better game and no beach bums!!
The little tunny sure attracts the wahoo

I think chater skipper Jason Pipe in La Gomera uses them as a pitch bait when bait a switch fishing. Not sure if he has had any joy with the tunny, but I do have some video footage of him pitching the williamson mullet to a blue of 600lb using a stella 20000 loaded with 80lb braid. He also keeps a williamson skippy ready to go on a heavier outfit if a big one pops up.
The video of the 600lb blue was way cool, stand up using a shimano jigrex rod and stella 20000 - way to go.

The one I took out with me last time out got cut to ribbons rather quickly by the striped speedster.. I need one with cable I reckon.
