Identify this Lure

Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone could identify this lure for me? I bought some lures off ebay and this was thrown in.
Its 12.5 inchs long, has a flat face, central towing point and no symbols or writing on it. I thought it might be a Bob Schneider Yap at first but I believe the Yaps have a offset towing point.

My money is on Schneider but I've only seen pics of them so it's just a guess.

my guess is a Schatman..but if you can take another pick to show the eyes..if they are angled forward and have depth..it most likely is a Schneider..
