2005, 21' jet driven boat

I have a 2005 21' Southern Skimmer, with a 2005 Mercury 175hp Inboard Jet Pack. The boat has a t-top, leaning post. Has less than 50hours on all. I had the boat appraised two months ago, before t-top, and it appraised for $16,100. I am asking for $14,500 for fully rigged boat, motor and trailer(also 2005).
