here is my #1 pattern for all around on the flats here...really gets bones better than anything else but has worked on everything at some time...mainly a shrimpy pattern that can be modified to resemble crab or even lobster...I usually use it as a suspended pattern when dropping on tailing fish but will also use a weighted one much like a clouser or a Merkin

this is the "big gun" for me overall when dead calm...the unweighted version and on a little smaller hook...also you can tell by the look in his eye that he knows he was had...
