Sand Flea

I am looking for sand flea patterns to fish for pompano in the surf of Broward
and Miami-Dade counties Florida

my camera is broke or i would send a pic....but, i like size 4 or 6 stainless hook, orange chennile, brown or tan deer hair, lead wire, and a tan or lite brown thread. and brown hackle
cover the majority of the hook shank with the lead wire
cover w/thread and super glue down & let dry
tie in a small clump of deer hair at the hook bend
tie in your chennile
wrap forward about half way up the shank, tie in your hackle.
finish wrapping to just behind the hook eye & tie off
palmer the hackle forward to the eye and tie off
pull the deer hair up over the back and the hackle and tie off and clip hair at the eye like an elk hair caddis (about 45 degree angle from the eye)
