Push Poles...HELP!

I have never used a push pole before, but would like to get one for my husband (who HAS used one before). It's a father's day gift, so any advice is muchly appreciated!

In reading the article on this site, it looks like I should perhaps go with a gift card, but I would still like to know where I should get the gift card from. We usually fish out of San Luis Pass, out of Surfside, TX. The bottom is "liquid mud."

Good day, what size boat/skiff does your husband fish from? This will help determine how long of a pole will suit his needs. The brand I would suggest is Stiffy in either the graphite of hybrid models. There are quite a few dealers in Texas. Just check the list of dealers for the location close to you. Thanks so much, Seth! WE fish from a 23' shallow sport, with a V-shaped hull. We usually drift into the flats, but, depending on wind and current....ugh! I checked Bass Pro Shops, but all they had was an aluminum one. I'll try searching "stiffy," and see what comes up.
