info to find an old issue

hi everyone! i am looking for an old issue. april 2007 vol 68 no 4. my dad is pictured in there as a "no name". i know it's him because of his stance and hat. please help! i need the full copy. he has sent me a copy of the photo but refuses to give up his only copy.
