No, you are not alone. This forum is a vBulletin software package that is very end user friendly based on administrative settings. Admins can make the appropriate cookie control settings to save user login info so you do not have to type your user name and password every time. :dunno:

Unfortunately, because the authentication for the site now occurs on the JSP server, to allow for user comments to articles, vBulletin does not control the session as it would in a stand alone state. We are aware of the problem and are working towards a better solution.
