65ft viking .. charter boat located in panama city panama.

looking for a mate who can pitch bait, fish live bait, throw a spread, is willing to learn.

must have a charter attitude...ie happy,, easy going
a little on us?
10-20 days a month on the water, mainly fishing pinas bay*(tropic star lodge) and the hannibal bank with a few booze cruise trips thrown in.
The boss loves to surf.and dive..... therefore it would be good if you did too!
Pay!
$1000.00 per month plus tips and housing.... all paid when aboard.
right now i employ dockies to wash,, wax,, and do the dirty work. If you can handle it all i can increase the pay.

this is a permanent job and i am looking for someone who wants to stay and become part of a team. our plans are to travel the lower carib for 3-4 mo next year and then return to panama with trips to costa etc etc...
