Hello Ladies! I just wanted to share some cold weather tips with fellow female anglers. I know down here in SW FL we're not used to the cold and we tend to forget to dress appropriate for the conditions. I picked up a customer this morning and all she had on was a bikini top and shorts and her husband had a bathing suit and a tshirt! Remember that the temp's early in the morning when starting out on your trip that they'll be frigid compared to midday and afternoon. So my cure for the nasty cold is putting on my normal fishing outfit, bathing suit, fishing pants and shirt. I then like to layer sweatpants and shirt over that and then throw on some decent rain gear. The most important item to get if you don't already have some is a pair of rubber boots! Nice warm socks and some rubber boots keep you warm and dry! Hope you all have some happy holiday fishing! Capt. Lacey Rush :winksmile:
