Can anyone offer some beginner advice for nearshore/inshore fishing between San Diego and San Clemente? I have an 18' cuddy and I'd like to begin fishing ASAP. I'm not new to fishing, just new to the area. To narrow the feedback, from what I hear, I can target Halibut, White Sea Bass, and Calico. Basic recommendations on those species will be great.
