All i used to catch this fish is a 2 ounce sinker match it up with 15 pound test line and tied a dropper loop rig to it. i used a 2/0 size live bait hook, once i did that i threw my line out far away from the pier and let it sit in the bottom. The bait that i used was a half of a sardine. All you got to do is wait and have a snack.
