Default 2 days of fishing in hurricane Fay

For the last two days I've used Hurricane Fay as an excuse to fish instead of work. And I'm glad I did. I went out Tuesday afternoon, got to fish for about an hour before it started raining so hard that we had to head in. But the hour that I got to fish we ended up catching several small red fish ranging in size from 16 to 20 inches, a few small trout and a real nice 18 inch flounder.
The action was so good on Tuesday, even though the fish weren't that big, that we decided to go out Wednesday morning in the john boat with paddles. I guess small boat equals big fish, because within the first five minutes we caught a 35 inch red fish and about eight or ten more red fish over the next hour and a half. Two of the fish were overslot and the smallest was 23 inches.
Day 1 we used gulp bait under cajun thunders, gold spoons, and jigs. Day 2 all the fish were caught on gulp shrimp jigging.

Thats some nice fish Jim! Good job! That Berkley gulp is some great bait!

I have to ask,,,,were the first four pictures taken on January 4th and 5th of last year?

The "EXIF" data shows that the last six pictures were taken on 8-20-08

I guess the exif is off because the new boat I'm fishing out of was bought in july of 08. its hard to catch fish in january out of a boat you dont have yet. I used to have a 17 foot boat I just got my new 20 foot boat.
