The month started out slowly with only a few blues being caught; T-zzer (44Garlington with Capt. Alberto Perez) reported slower than normal fishing with the Clarke party on board, and trying their best. The whites just disappeared for that week. Guarimba II (45 Chris Craft with Capt. Wilmer Alvarenga) did slightly better with the Simonis group and now with the Penning group, both from the Netherlands. Best news so far has come from the Turn Me Loose (61 Buddy Davis with Capt. Warren Klutz) reporting 27 blues in the last three days. The Whites are still absent. MR BII (57 Dean Johnson with Capt. Rick Ogle) is reporting similar fishing with 12 blues hooked and 10 released along with numbers of sails.

Many have asked about the Joropo. The boat has been sold to a private party and will not be chartering any more.
