I'm sure most of you have heard it is bad luck if you bring a banana on the boat. I'm not superstitious and I wanted to prove that a banana could not keep the fish from biting my line. Guess what? The banana was great luck. We caught our limit on red grouper, gag grouper, and AJs. The only downside was that we had our limit before lunch so we had to throw all the rest of the fish we caught back. Myth busted!!!! Happy new year, and don't forget your banana next time you go out. The grouper love them.
