Bill, his son Jonah and I went out this morning to find some snook in Crystal River. We started throwing topwater, and suspending lures. The snook were home and ready to feed. We had great action on the top water lures; the only problem we had was weeding through all of the jacks that were flushing out of the river onto the flats with the snook to feed. We caught 8 snook and about 30 jacks before we moved about 3 miles to get some redfish. We didn't find the reds but we did catch 4 black drum jigging gulp shrimp. We were off the water by 1:30
