I had some friends fish on Monday and Tuesday so these reports are second hand.

On Monday the Pez Vela caught 4 sails and a nice wahoo fishing south of St Aug. I am a little short on the details but it sounds like the sails are still around.

Tuesday I had a friend fish out of Mayport. Running south, he said that they had a number of wahoo bites, ending up with 3 to about 50#. They also caught a dolphin for their efforts. They had no interest in the sails but said that they saw plenty of free jumpers. Another friend bottom fished in 100ft out of St Aug and reported excellent snapper fishing. They rounded out their catch with a bunch of seabass and 3 cobia.

Good to hear the fish chewing Brian. Now if I could only get my family rid of this cold we keep passing around I could get out and post a report!
