Jeff Steel Reef is holding alot of fish. You have to be right on top of them for the bite, so you have to be very accurate in anchoring. Red and Gag Grouper, Gray Snapper, and Amberjack are all over this Reef. The water was 72 degrees last Thrusday, still not warm enough for the Sharks and Baracuda to arrive yet.
