    Default Blubyu Sail July8th

    [IMG][/IMG]Headed out from Vilano at the crack of dawn just my wife and I for a day of offshore fishing. It was a beautiful morning and planned to troll the ledge for most of the day. As we were cruising out in about 130 foot depth 42 miles out I saw a free jumping sail about 100 yards of the starboard side. So I dropped back two lines skirted hoo and a naked hoo. After a few circles of the area I stopped down and decided to reel them. Thats when the sail hit my wifes rod and the fight was on...She did a great job getting it in and after a few pics successful release. Headed to the ledge and the fishing was slow picked up a few single Dolphin not any real size to them and lost a big Wahoo.

    But was still a great day offshore!!!

    I tried to load a pic of the sail to this but can't figure out how to...

    that's a damn nice sail she got there. Too bad on the Hoo. That would've been some good eats.
