Saturday's full moon day time proved to be a little slow but still yielding some quality fish. I headed out on the Anuelo, a 36 yellowfin out of Venice, FL. on a 140 mile trek to the west in search of a killer temp break, reported by ROFFS. We found the break and within 2 minutes had dolphin everywhere. at roughly 10:00 am the short rigger, black bart's hot beakfast gets eatin. 20-30 minuted later a huge 8' white marlin is being released! Mission accomplished. The bite slowed up after a nice skippy found its way to the box, so we switched to deep dropping, which was very slow, however some nice queen snapper did find their way to the ice chest. Pics to come soon.
Another report from came from the Elbow with the "Green Whornet" going 1 for 2 on the wahoo on a purple and black jet head lure by Blue Water Lures.
