I dropped my ski at Lynhaven Inlet in Virginia Beach Virginia this morning and fished for some Tau Tog at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. No luck on the Tog but I did see the most Harbor Seals I have seen yet. I counted over thirty just around the Third Island. They were very playfull and a few of the came within a couple feet of my jet ski. I would not want to mess with one, some of them were a couple hundred pounds. Later I went off of Cape Henry and trolled for Stripers, I marked plenty of bait but saw no fish.
I was gorgeous day even though I did not catch anything. Here are some pictures from today.

Wow! It looks like you got in the water with them! Awesome shots! Here's how ignorant I am. If you would have told me we have seals off our east coast, I would have called you a liar! Thanks for sharing those Brian.![]()

BRIAN ....YET ANOTHER FANTASTIC PHOTO JOURNAL YOU HAVE SHARED WITH US....
SADLY, I SORT OF FEEL THE PAIN THAT GARON EXPRESSES....I BET IT IS SAFE TO SAY THEY ARE PROBABLY A MENACE IN GARONVILLE USA....FOR WHEN THE SEALS ARRIVE AND THE MANATEES ARRIVE...AND SO DO THE EXTREMIST ALONG WITH MORE GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS
I'm always amazed at the quality of your photos Brian!!! Keep'em coming!!!![]()
Nice pictures Brian.
Beautiful pics. May I ask what kind of camera you were using?
