Maybe he should have stayed with his buddies. He tried to come in early, by himself and be a "hog" about it. Well, the outcoe wasn't so good for him. He left in a hurry and made it 40 yds.

Straight up no fluff pig hunt report. Nicely done. Netman
just a young boar, 100# 1" cutters, I had a BIG circle me, less 5 steps from my tree but I could not shoot behind me. He cicrled 180o till he found my track where I walked in, then said nope, and left. He's slick. Looked like a 55 gal drum with short legs. Hope I meet him again. Hogs are smarter than deer. We have lots of hogs circle us before committing to come in. Now if we were rifle hunting, they would be in trouble cause they usually just stay 40-50 yds out. They catch your wind or cut your track and it's see ya time. Kay had 30 some coming to her but the one she wanted was near the back which is normal. Before he got in bow range, the wind shifted and poof they were gone.

We got a problem with em up here to. Have run most of the deer off from food competition. Lol at the 55 gallon comment. Those big ones ain't no joke!!! Thank god their eyesight is not as good as their nose.
