Default Miami 4/1/12 Jurassic park Yellowtails

I headed out of black point marina to one of my yellowtail spots in 90 feet, We already had bait from yesterday,I went out with john and his wife, got to the spot the tide was slow to the north and I started my chumming and gave this lady and her husband a few instructions and a comple lesson on how to catch this big Yellowtails, John was fishing bottom while she was fishing the tails, these fish were so big I had to gaff at least half of the 25 tails we got because they were to big to lift even though, three of them got off the hook as she tried to lift them into the boat. While she was whipping the tails John was busy with a few king he hooked up one we got to the gaff and the big one cut him off as he went under the boat, the fish were marking goog all over the screen, but they decided to go try for some mutton fishing and we left those big tails balled up behind the boat to catch another day, we headed to deeper water to bottom fish, the tide was ripping in the deep and we used a 32 oz weight to hold in 135 feet, there we got 2 muttons and lost a few hits we released one of the two that was barely a keeper.this Lady is now a Trained yellowtail master, here are the pics many of the tails were 24 to 27 inches, this is www.miamimuttonman.com
