Falling water temperatures up north from the snow melt forced us to sail south today, and it proved to be a good choice. We ran down and fished just south of Seaside, jigging and trolling a nice catch of bass and blues. The bass were very scattered, and the water is still pretty dirty, and we found that trolling with umbrella shads was more productive than jigging. A sunny fall day, a good catch....What more could you ask for ???
