I went fishing on my jet ski for two and a half hours this afternoon offshore of Virginia Beach. I was hoping for a Blue Fin Tuna, no luck on the tuna but I did catch a lot of Striped Bass that I released.

After catching several Stripers I pulled my lines in and took a many, many pictures. There were thousands of Gannets diving and several whales.

I have a lot of pictures of whales but only one decent shot of a Humpback breaching.

Well know I have a couple more!

I was fortunate to be facing the right direction with camera in hand right as this one breached in front of me as the sun was going down off of Virginia Beach.

It made my day. Here it is and a couple other that I took. Fishing report will follow.
