Vancouver British Columbia is blessed with a variety of fishing and fly fishing opportunities year round and late February has some good options. Steelhead are entering the rivers right now and this fishery will be a great option until early May, fish average 12-14 lbs. Bull trout fly fishing starts anytime now and is another good option March-April and June-July on some gorgeous wilderness rivers surrounded with huge snowcapped mountains and wildlife. Big White Sturgeon are biting pretty good right now with fish up to 200 lbs being taken! This is a hot and popular fish with peak times July-December.
