Our guest speaker will be Capt. Dave Kostyo of, http://www.knotnancy.com/ . Capt Dave will be presenting a PowerPoint Presentation and explaining how to target tarpon in Biscayne Bay. Capt Dave is an expert on targeting and catching tarpon and will be giving specific tips and techniques on how to catch them. Everyone is welcome and we will be accepting memberships to the club.
