We started this evening off working some cuts and sods without a touch on both topwater and subsurface swimmers, but once the sun dropped that all changed as we found action at quite a few stops with many hits that never came connected. As the wind came up the fishing became more difficult but we still pulled some fish out of it with 10 bass to 29"
Most of the fish were down deeper, with the DOA jerk shads being the best producer once again. Made it back to the dock just before the rains came and the wind ramped up even more.
