I used to have a 1 gallon pail for my guest that said "Ladies Room" until one day a lady said to me....that's just disgusting.

The most interesting thing I have seen was another lady who when asked what to do simply told me not to worry, she had been fishing for over 40 years and this was not a problem. Later in the day she asked me to excuse her for a minute and reached into her pocket and pulled out a 1 gallon zip lock bag, did her business, poured it out rinsed and folded and put back into her pocket

I think the bucket is less disgusting than the ziploc bag!

At least the bucket is reusable (better for the environment at least)

Warren - like you we've hauled teenage girls, women and kids on our boats too many times to count. The 5-gal bucket with kitty litter and a roll Scott tp on a coat hanger in the forward cabin affords privacy as well. I've had a few women trying to use the shewee, tho not really successfully and end up on the bucket. Never do it on the swim ladder, you never know what you might find under the platform!

I have been just hanging over the side of the boat for years. If there a man besides my husband on the boat, I just ask him to look the other way. If you are very modest and use a bucket, think of putting on that poncho we all carry on the boat - it will be like your own private bathroom in the middle of the boat.

I have done many seminars and have been asked this numerous times and everyone really likes the poncho idea.
