Default Seaswirl 2101 walkaround

There was a post on the 2901 Striper walkaround. these boats have just arrived in Australia. has anyone got any info on the 2101 as they seem quite a reasonable boat. Their styling is quite different to that what we have here. if anyone has any info/boat tests sites etc. it would be appreciated.

Default 2101

I own a 2101 wa it is the same hull as the cc, I love the boat it rides great. It is avery stable and dry boat for a 21 ft. It is very fast when the seas allow for it. I have been in some very high sees and it performed flawlessly. My boat is powered w/ a Yamaha 200hp, I would recommend the added power

Default Seaswirl 2101 walkaround

I have had a 2101 for three years. The boat performs well in rough water. I use it in the Northwest Pacific. Had one flaw when it was new. The upper transom started to crack after I added a fourstroke kicker. Seems the factory forgot to add the bracing in that area. They fixed it. It is powered with a 150 Johnson. Has adequate power, but I would not power with a Johnson again. Smokes like the devil and had lower unit problems.

Default Seaswirl in NZ

Similiar to the earlier enquiry from Aus. I am in NZ and Seaswirl have just re-rentered the market here. I am looking at a 2101 WA Targa (hardtop) with 200 optimax. Anyone have any additional views on the boat or boat/motor combination. My use is fishing and family

Default Striper 2101

I just bought a new 2101 with a 175 evinrude and a soft top. So far I love the boat. The fit and finish is good, there is tons of storage and the ride is very comfortable. I fish on the south shore of Long Island NY and have had the boat in 3' waves with no problems. Get the trim tabs, they help. If I could change anything, I would get the 200hp. good luck

Default 2901 The King

I got a chance to ride in a 2901 the other day. The boat has to be the king on any water right now. Its also not a bad looking boat. The one we were on had twin 270s with Volvo Ocean Series Drives on it. It had pleanty of get up and go. Alot of boat for the money...

Default Seaswirl 2901 walkaround

I'm seriously considering the new seaswirl 2901 walkaround for my next boat. Has anyone got any info on performance, customer satisfaction, etc. or on seaswirl in general? What are your experiences?

Default comparing

i have the 230 or whatever (its the 23) the numbers are its a 2001 with a 200 johnson it is a dream boat for what we use it for some times i take the wife out to dinner on it or take her to the islands we have around here but most of the time its in the middle of the gulf of mexico i fish for ne thing from snook to billfish i have ran the boat shallow and deep and to proformance is staggering its the best boat i have owned so far the biggest sea i have been in in it has been short 5-6 footers a we maintained headway confertebly at about 16 knots but if u want a fishing machine its the boat u wanna take out the wife for a day of snorkling or somthing like that its got plenty of room i bought my 23 used and it came with the 200 johnson i dont think i need to up grade to the 225 or 250 because i can do just under 50mph at WOT and the seas never permit that in my area so i average about 26 mph and thats with minimal pounding and a confertable ride it took me about 5 months to find a boat i waited and waited because i found a good deal but knew there would be a better one next week but during that time i researched A LOT i mean i went to 3 boat shows i prob logged 500 hours on the computer looking at yacht world and other websights but out of all the probible 21-25 foot center councles i picked the seaswirl because it was the best value and all the features and the hardcore fishability of it as a no nonsence fishing boat and a wife pleaser was outstanding.
