Default Century 2600

Looking at purchasing a 1996 Century 2600 WA with twin 150 Yamaha power. Will mainly be fishing the Gulf near Destin. Is this a good riding, dry hull. Safe/reliable boat to take family out 20 miles or so. Any info on this brand good or not so good appreciated.

This would be an excellent choice for your purposes. It's a solid, dry, smooth-riding boat with a large company behind it -- YAMAHA.

Later model boats have a re-designed hull and are VERY nice. Do not know about the 1996 -1999 model years. Good builder and you cannot go wrong with Yamaha.
