Default Polar Boats

Does anyone have any experience with these boats. I recently went to the Fort Lauderdale boat show and was blown away by their 2300 Walk. A 23 foot boat with a cuddy cabin that has 6' of headroom, vacuflush toilet, refrigerator, galley and microwave. I did could not even find a 25-26 cuddy cabin boat with the space and features of this boat. Any comments as to ride quality and fit and finish of other polar boats??

I believe that you'll find Polar Boats to be of equal quality, fit and finish to Carolina SKiff. But offer good value for the money.

Default Polar 2300 WA

I have been looking for some time now and found that this boat is great. I have not found too many boats that offer so much for the same price. Have you gotten a chance to do a see trial yet? I am looking to purchase with in the next year and was hoping to hear from someone that has been out on one.

I've also been looking for quite a while now. This seems to be the only fishing boat out there that you can also spend a weekend on under 26'. A couple of my friends bought these boats late last season. I haven't gone out with either of them yet. The only complaint one of them had was the stealth charger was wired wrong from the factory. The dealer fixed it over his cell phone. I don't like the exposed courtesy lights. Salt will screw them fast. For the money it is the best deal out there. Bayliner is more--stay away from them, I own one. I will probably buy this boat in the next few weeks.

Default Polar 1810

I'm also looking at a Polar and I'm curious about the longer-term quality. Does anybody have any experience with these. I like the look and design but curious about the durability of the hull and other parts.

Thanks. Ron

Default Test Drive

I've been in contact with a guy at BoatUS forum who just bought one. He did a test on one w/ single 225hp and said it was slow out of the gate but once on plane it rode really well. He got it w/ 4S 250HP. Some of the dealers Ive spoken with have said that the twin 115's are great. Im looking to test one this weekend, but depends on the weather. I will keep you posted
